shooting FTS confusion

Team control fouls with the new punching signal do not allow FTs to the offended team correct?

Obviously, Player control foul = no free throw.
what about moving screen? What about the famous "over-the-back" (I know there is no such name of a call). It seems I have been seeing some of these go both ways. and am starting to get confused.

No team or player control means you shoot FTs.

Foul on a screen with team control, no FTs.

Foul on a screen during a throw-in, FTs.

Foul during rebounding before a player controls of the ball, FTs.

Foul during rebounding after a player gains control, no FTs.

"moving screen" (while not technically foul but I know what you meant) will usually occur when a team has team control which is usually connected with dribbling, holding, or passing the ball inbounds. If that case, there will be no FTs. If it occurs during a throwin, there will be FTs.

As for "over-the-back". That will usually occur when the ball is not yet in control after a missed try. In that case, there will be FTs (if in the bonus). In some cases, it may occur after the fouling player (or a teammate) has secured the ball....no FTs.
