Not only does my association also wear snaps, but the only jacket that PIAA officials are permitted to wear is both snapped and lined. I could use it as a winter jacket if I wanted to. It's always so nice when you enter those small, bandbox gyms with people hanging from the rafters...I always enjoy breaking out into that sweat before running.
