Would you change it?

Someone asked me this question a few weeks ago and well... it's a slow and ready to get outta here day at work.

Sooooooo.....

Assistant coach for Team B gets whacked with a T. As you are going to report it, he threatens you with the "you'll never work here again" statement.

Here's the question: would you consider changing this to a flagrant technical or sticking him again?
