NFHS - 0.3 sec rule?
Does the NFHS have a 0.3 second "catch and shoot vs. tip" rule? I couldn't find it in my previous year's book and wonder if it's a rule on this level.
 (Had a game with 0.2 seconds left tonight with Team A down 3 and thought that a catch would mean game over).
