Illegal screen?

Can anyone tell me in where in the rules (nfhs) does it explain that your elbows need to be in when you are screening?

Thanks

Screening is listed in 4-40 (p.38) and guarding in 4-23 (p.34).

Edit: Tony beat my edit.

4-23-1
A player who extends an arm, shoulder, hip or leg into the path of an opponent is not considered to have a legal position if contact occurs.

That statement is found under guarding but the legal position implications apply to all situations. It's perfectly legal to hold your arms over your chest to protect yourself but it's not legal to extend them into the opponent.

If I see anyone's arm in one of their opponents, I'm calling a flagrant foul!

You haven't changed.

You're still a dexter.

I'm suing them for medical malpractice.
