Technical for Extra Time Out - maybe?

This is easy. A time out only has to granted if the team or a team member calls the time out. If the official heard someone call a time out and didn't have enough sense to turn around and see who it was calling it and goes ahead and grants a time out. After he/she grants the time out then realizes or finds out that it was in fact someone behind the bench you would just simply put the ball back in play @ the POI. No penalty would be administered.
