What Should You Do About Bad Officiating

I worked a lot of AAU and BCI this summer. The money is so incredible that I do nine or ten games a day. For the parents, I will let you in on a secret. I get together with my partner and check out the hot Mom's in the stands. The team that has the hottest Mom's get most of the calls. That way if their team wins, we have a chance to pick up on the hot Mom's that may be divorced. Sometimes, we just try and call a bad game just to see if we can make parents mad. Other times, we just decide who we want to win today and run with it. As for not enforcing the rules, we just let a lot of contact go so we can get the game over faster so we can go out after the game. We don't care if the game is called correctly as long as we can get in and out early enough.
