He's lucky...FED rule 547-2-4(a) states that if it was 721 degrees or more, it's a travel and no basket shall be awarded. 547-2-4(b) states, however, that if a player fails to complete a 720, thereby only spinning 719 degrees or less, a direct technical foul shall be called on the player AND the head coach shall lose use of the coaching box for the remainder of the game.

I'd love to see that get called, player goes up on a break-away and pulls down a hgood 720, it's so good it's like 730, and the official calls it off for travel xD I would like to see that players face
