Since the inbounds was following a goal, A1 has the option of running the endline or passing to A2 who is also out of bounds behind the endline. This "pass" can also be a hand-off as long as A2 has completely established that he/she is out-of-bounds.

Ok, let's get serious. I know we've had these discussions before, but, at least in my games, it is against the rules to strike the ball with a fist, and it is against the rules to intentionally strike the ball with any part of the leg. So I've got a violation in either case.

I'll check at the Cleveland Public Library for any books on exceptions.
