Just out of curiousity, what are we doing the other 1% of the time???
mplagrow,

The other 1% of the time maybe we want to:
  • Keep the star in and call a foul on someone else.
  • Pass on a foul because we are unhappy with that team.
  • Call a touch foul when a team ahead by 40 is pressing.
  • Not demand a captain.
  • Quit officiating in a blow-out game.

    Or maybe not.
