Just out of curiousity, what are we doing the other 1% of the time???

mplagrow,
The other 1% of the time maybe we want to: Keep the star in and call a foul on someone else.Pass on a foul because we are unhappy with that team.Call a touch foul when a team ahead by 40 is pressing. Not demand a captain.Quit officiating in a blow-out game.
Or maybe not.
