shot goes up by A1 and A2 fouls....

If the basket is good, it is counted and if team b is in the bonus they shoot. If the basket is no good, spot the ball closet to the point of interuption. Same thing even if the basket is good.

Not sure what you're trying to say here, but the spot is closest to the point of the foul.
