When you add that nation of surrender monkeys over there to the mix, and understand that the initials in FIBA aren't even in English (the home language of the founding country - the U.S.), it's no wonder some of us feel the way we do about the situation. Mostly, it's all in fun (really) and nothing malicious is intended. Actually the french (I'll start capitalizing it when they earn the right by finally winning a war) do make good pastry.

So I see it's more hate than disagreement that you guys feel against FIBA! BTW, I didn't know that the number of wars won was a known criteria to capitalize or not the name of a population... Oh yes! Here's to really get you started. I took that quote from the FIBA website: Quote:
