Per NFHS Rules, after a flagrant personal foul where is ball inbounded?

At the spot OOB nearest to where the foul occured.

Can't find it in the dictionary....sounds French to me.

Must be a FIBA rule.

Without looking (honest) A flagrant foul is a personal or technical foul of a violent or savage nature which may or may not be intentional.

How'd I do?

"Fouting" is what the french do when they pass gas. Most of the time, it's flagrant and fragrant. Penalty is having to eat two plates of snails plus loss of possession (of the snails, after a few minutes). It's FEEBLE rule number MLXVII. :p

Glad you liked it, QuebecRef. I'd make a longer comment but my Freedom Fries are ready to come out of the oven.

A flagrant foul is a flagrantly unsportsmanlike foul (disqualifying foul) the player will be disqualified and the opposing team shall be award two free throws and possesion at mid court.
