|
1st quarter team A pushes ball away as team B player is bending over to pick it up for a throwin after made basket by team A. Partner calls delay of game and we put
warning in the book. In the 4th quarter team A player has hands over the boundry line as team B is attempting a throwin. No contact. Is this a different warning or is this a T since we had a delay earlier in the game?
