Brad, the local high schools use IAABO boards. PG county is serviced by board 134 and board 12 has Montgomery county, Howard county, the Catholic schools and some private schools. Board 12 does have a spring class. Tell me which one you are interested in and I can get you in touch with the right person. Also, I need some way of contacting you.
