In agreeing with Z, I, too, think we must be wary (and weary) of the distance and frequency. Once we make a token call 10' outa our primary, another call 10'-15' outa the zone is even easier.

It gets more and more tempting to go where and when we shouldn't. Lots of discretion should be used.
