The best 5th foul reply from the coach

In the 2003-05 Officials Manual, which I believe is the current manual with the correct mechanics except for the change to 3-person staying table-side when reporting says:

2-person Basic Procedures and Mechanics
page 37 i. The non-calling official shall notify the coach and then the player on a disqualification and will administer substitutions

3-person Basic Procedures and Mechanics
page 69 i. The trail official shall notify the coach and then the player on a disqualification and will administer the substitutions.

I know the 3-person has now changed due to the updated mechanic to stay table-side when reporting a foul, but the 2-person mechanic says the non-calling informs.
