Cont. Clock Start After Time-Out on Free Throw

If you are in Illinois, it's just like a regular situation.
Remember (in IL), only five things stop the clock:
1. Timeout
2. Technical Foul
3. Injured player
4. Disqualified player
5. Any other situation deemed by the official (Officials Timeout)
