Let's say the kid tells you to go get bent. You know you are going to wahck him, but you wait 2 extra seconds to tell the coach it is his 5th. Then wack, it is an indirect.

Unethical, but within the rules?
I think that because the offense occured before the DQ, it shouldn't matter when the T is charged.
