I understand Blindzebra's point. A team that boxes out and then backs up and displaces the opponent will generally continue to do so until it is called by an official. Call one of those early in the game and you'll nip it in the bud.

Not only that, but the team getting boxed will start doing it, and/or start pushing or throwing them aside during this "boxing out."

Passing on rough play encourages more rough play.
