Technical, Flagrant and Intentional Fouls

Technical fouls for contact are only called during a dead ball. (Although some people argue that fighting is always a technical foul. We'll leave that for another thread.)

Such as undercutting someone going to the basket? I personally would call a flagrant fould and eject that person from the game. Is that right?

It's probably at least intentional. But whether you call it intentional or flagrant, it would still be a personal foul, b/c it occured during the live ball.
