This might work or backfire but here it is.
Tell the current coach to ask the V coach to come down to the bench for a question or that you want to tell him something. Do this during a lull in the game. As soon as he gets there, he is now part of the team/bench, T him and throw him out. In reality Smitty you had a tough row to hoe.
