Z,
I am not trying to define what it means for everyone. I am addressing a group that is not quite at the varsity level. This portion of the camp is not for guys that are trying to work kiddy ball the rest of their career. It is for people that want to advance in the HS system as well and possibly beyond. I will address things like you suggest, but I am not talking to people that only want to work kiddy ball. The type of official that you are describing is usually the exception. Most officials that are members of HS Associations have goals to advance to the varsity to the NBA. Most people do not have a real grasp as to how to get to the next level and this is one of the reasons for this camp. Peace
