Does any body know a site where I can go to to get the new rules, I havent recieved my new books in the mail yet. I need to learn them for the game Tues. Thanks for all the insight.

It might seem obvious, but I don't think it will help. My understanding is that the FED doesn't make its rules available online, b/c they make too much money by selling the books. You could always go to the site and order the books, but I don't think that's what Brandon was asking for.

True -- but you can read a summary of the changes, and the press release announcing the changes there. That will be enough to allow Brandan to work the scrimmage.
