You should wear your officials strips but no need to bring the whistle.

Official Chicken strips? Personally, leave your uniform at home unless specifically told to wear it.

Whistle one mentioned it I believe, but bring your calendar. You may need to tell your commissioner when you are NOT available - your previously scheduled items. Conversely, the commissioner will have some dates for you: upcoming clinics, jamborees, next meetings, State rules clinic, etc.

I think you may want to take notes on who is who, some contact phone numbers etc. And you will need to supply the same to the commissioner/scheduler.

Money/checkbook to purchase your books, pay your association dues, perhaps purchase/order equipment.

And lastly, you choose, positive attitude and a smile, or a blank, deer in the headlights stare. One of those should do.

At the first meeting, I usually look across the room and see someone that I know from another life, and ask him what in the world is he doing here?
