For the Canadian refs, I just found out this past weekend at the OUA Development Camp that the CIS Women will now be playing CIS Men's rules (NCAA Men's with modifications) starting this 2004-2005 season with the following exceptions/retentions from FIBA:
-wide key -substitution rule -no handle in the backcourt after violations -time-outs (still discussing T/Os being called by players or coaches) -bonus on 8th team foul
