I keep it on my outlook calendar and it is shared between my work laptop, my home laptop and my phone. I also keep an Excel spreadsheet for tax purposes....well I'm a little behind on that one.

Same here. Makes it easy to enter all the necessary info. and track game fees and payments.
Use it for my umpiring assignments also.

Hey Dan,

I have a speadsheet that you can download that has all that information for you right at your finger tips. I meant to post this a lot sooner, but keep forgeting. This is an Excel Spreadsheet made by an accountant who spoke at our Baseball Meetings and is a current Baseball College Umpire. Download this and change some of the headings for Basketball and you will love this program. This covers all games you work and all expenses. Click on the link for the February 26 Meeting. All you need is an Excel file on your computer. Instructions on how to use the program are included.

Umpire Spreadsheet

Hope this can help everyone.

Google Calendar

I have 3 Systems I put my schedule in.
  1. ArbiterSports, which is used by our Board to assign games.
  2. Google Calendar - Go to: google.com/calendar and set up an account; the reason I use Google Calendar is because my phone will automatically sync up with Google Calendar and it's a nice feature - quick to let people know if I'm open and all that good stuff.
  3. Then the good old Pencil and Paper - I have a daily agenda that I use beceause I'm still a student a college and I use that agenda as well to mark what games I have.

I too have an excel spreadsheet that marks the miles and the amount that I got paid -- I do this for two reasons, 1) Taxes and 2) To keep track of my game reports. Our state requires we list all the games we worked, so having this spreadsheets helps me upload my games a lot faster than having to look through the calendar; it too will even show how much I made!

The link does not work because there is no link to this program. If you have not noticed this was over 6 years ago when this discussion was had. That website is not even available anymore and I do not have access to that program anymore. I do not use it anymore and do not know how to get it to anyone if I could. With the arbiter and other programs this is not used as much.

Peace
