You rolled the dice.
You got what you deserved. You complained and would not let it go, so you got T'd up. Not only were you on the court, but you questioned his judgment. Now you say you are an official, so you should know that either was T'able offenses. Maybe he was tired of hearing your mouth as well. The little things stick out when you are complaining all night. So maybe that was just the last straw. It is not what you say all the time, it is the way you say it.
