jump stop....again

I know it's been talked about a zillion times,
but is there a place online, or can someone paste
the rule in here regarding jump-stop? It seems this
is one of the most misunderstood rules by (us) older
players. I wanted to share the actual rule with some
of my rec-league buddies...no rule books on hand
and I couldn't find the rules at either NCAA or
NBA sites. Thanks! Billy
