Where do you administer the throw-in?

Administer Throw-in.

I don't have a rule book but I would have to guess that it would be the spot nearest the foul. Since this foul is away from the ball I would think that it should be handled the same as any 'Off the Ball' foul.

If I'm wrong please correct me so that I can get it right.
