Fighting a Teammate?

I'm currently taking the NCAA Women's Basketball rules test and I noticed a rather odd question. It asks about different aspects of fighting fouls. Towards the end, it mentions different possibilities about what would happen if A1 fights A2, a teammate. I would eject the teammates for fighting, but I am not sure about if Team A is punished for the fight between teammates besides the ejection of the offenders. Would B shoot free throws when A fights against A?

Apply the penalties for the infractions reported.

That test is a beast. I answered that it was a fight and applied all the usual fight penalties. Going to submit today.

High School Fight ...

I know that this is a college situation, but nothing in the NFHS rule says a fight must be between "opponents".

RULE 4 - SECTION 18
FIGHTING
Fighting is a flagrant act and can occur when the ball is dead or live. Fighting includes, but is not limited to combative acts such as:
ART. 1 . . . An attempt to strike, punch or kick by using a fist, hands, arms, legs or feet regardless of whether contact is made.
ART. 2 . . . An attempt to instigate a fight by committing an unsporting act that causes a person to retaliate by fighting

Person?

Player versus fan?

Player versus cheerleader?

Player versus official?

Coach versus photographer?

Coach versus police officer in the corner?

Coach versus official?

Official vs. official? Mascot in funny costume vs. mascot in funny costume? Popcorn vendor vs. peanut vendor? Can't let these things get out of hand.
