I have a F1/intentional personal foul on W2, a taunting Technical foul on W2, and a F2 technical foul/ejection on B3 for twice shoving the referee.

I thought that there was a zero tolerance policy for this in the professional leagues?

That is my understanding also based on some previous ejections over the years.
