Is this illegal or incidental contact? This is a men's collegiate play. Observe this play and make a judgment as to whether this is correctly ruled illegal contact. Are the officials in good position to make a proper ruling?

Two choices: This is correctly ruled a foul. This is incidental contact.

My comment: This is incidental contact. Offensive player’s own momentum caused him to stumble.
