The link above is to Freddy's 2018-19 NFHS Rule Changes and Points of Emphasis You Tube Video Power Point. He embedded many great videos within this You Tube Video Power Point. I remember when my local interpreter covered NFHS Rule Changes and Points of Emphasis using a deck of three by five index cards. Freddy takes this annual event to a whole new level.
