It's not an assigning tool like Arbiter, ZebraWeb, etc.
It appears to essentially be an "assignor," but one you subscribe to in order to have "access" to the events they contract with. Didn't know if anyone here was a member or had any experience with it.

Buddy of mine runs AAU tournaments. He used that website once, never again he says. Got a bunch of refs who had no idea what they were doing, or were lazy and let the games hit the fan.
