No. As a dribbler you go by the three points rule (both feet and the ball). I don't see them all go over the division line, in fact only one foot for sure goes over.
He did pick up his dribble before the pass, but even at that point both feet need to cross the line, and I don't think they did. Now, I'm at work so I didn't watch that closely, but I'm passing here. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk |

No violation. At no time did all three points of the blue player with the ball cross the division line. I remember, because in an intramural game that I worked (3-man crew, I was the Trail), the Center official incorrectly called a backcourt violation on someone who only crossed the division line with one foot and retreated.
