2) Shot clock resets to 20 instead of 30 on a defensive foul or violation
3) Standardizing the designated spot for certain throw-ins
4) Going to the monitor for potential RA plays in the last two minutes of the second half or overtime
5) Minimum of 0.3 to come off the clock on a legal touch
6) Feet must be no wider than shoulders for a legal screen
7) Cylinder rule adjustments
