All I needed to see was "Spin move" to tell you it was a travel.
Seriously, every spin move you see....freeze it and rewind the tape. It's a travel approximately 98% of the time. That said, I'm certainly not going to be the only one calling it. "The game" of basketball has decided that this is, in practice, a legal move.
