Play 1 - foul before "act of shooting"

Play 2 - no block foul on the shot, but was there a moving screen foul on the original guarder

Doesn't matter if he got fouled; he traveled twice and may have carried it near mid-court.

Game awareness and probability. That guy isn't making that shot with five whole seconds left; his coach would kill him.

Halfway decent acting job, but wasn't fooling anyone in stripes.
