Your recent request to issue a Slappy award is denied. While the identity of the awardee appears vague we believe the intent is to issue said award to a Mr/Ms Chuck Elias. The board has placed an embargo on the issuance of Slappys to said person until the Red Sox are properly disposed of in the coming weeks. Per Slappy Award Request procedure 11-4 subpar 12b and 13f please remit a certified check or money order in the amount of $37.50 made out to "Beer Fund".
