Izzo 'T'

Any way our video gurus can get the sequence leading up to Doug Sirmons whacking Tom Izzo at 4:22 in the second half against Baylor?

Disclaimer: The commentary is brutal to listen to.

I was wondering what happened also. Looked like congenial communication between official and coach. Then a T. Then congenial communication between official and coach.
Then again, TV didn't show the entire sequence that I saw.

I watched it on synergy as well. Coach Izzo was warned but he bent the ear of every official for several possessions as they came by him. He was frustrated that his team was outplayed the entire second half. The T was called after he said "no foul there" after the ball was hit off his player out of bounds after an offensive rebound. I have to believe it was an "accumulation" technical.......right or wrong, that is just my opinion. Coach Izzo didn't react to the T so I can only believe he knew it was coming. He was probably trying to see how far he could push them before it happened.

I saw Izzo complaining to multiple officials on successive trips down the court. And he didn't even flinch when T'd, so I surmising he said he knew would earn a whistle.

Those were exactly my thoughts. Dakich flipped his s*it of course, but I would venture to say that Izzo was warned previously or said magic words.

I love watching Sirmons TKOB. Great example for all officials.
