Yes, designated spot nearest to where the foul occured. My bad, but in my defense, I was referring to the location of the ball (nearest the foul as opposed to midcourt). That was the "point" I was talking about. "POI" was the wrong phrase to use. Sorry. Again.

Last guy to foul out stays in the game. In an ironic twist, this rule is fair in youth leagues and in rec leagues where some teams may only field 5-7 players.

Nevadaref, you read too much into the situation. I'm glad someone stated the fact that until the coach is notified the coach should not receive a T for this.
