Yeah, it was. But I can see how C passed. He's got two defenders to keep an eye on, and then Syr21 straight-lines him as the pivot foot is moving around.
I'll bet he thought, "ooh, that was probably a travel," but didn't have enough to be 100%. So no whistle. I'd rather miss a travel then call one that wasn't there. If I'm the assigner, I might put this in my notebook for trend analysis, but WRT to defending this particular NCI, I've got his back for sure.
