Foul on both defenders. 2nd defender may have had some ball but the offense got through it just fine and then got clobbered.

I could, but I always love to show the stupidity of the announcers, because what they say is what is often the complaints we hear.

No to the multiple. And not just in practice, but by rule.

Since it wasn't a shot, there would be no extension of the live ball. #1's foul would have made the ball dead clearly before #0 even made contact.
