Only about three times. His right pivot foot looks like it's on a 10 mile hike.

Yeah, it was. But I can see how C passed. He's got two defenders to keep an eye on, and then Syr21 straight-lines him as the pivot foot is moving around.

I'll bet he thought, "ooh, that was probably a travel," but didn't have enough to be 100%. So no whistle.

I'd rather miss a travel then call one that wasn't there. If I'm the assigner, I might put this in my notebook for trend analysis, but WRT to defending this particular NCI, I've got his back for sure.

My toughs exactly. The pivot foot was obscured at just the wrong time. I'd have passed if I had the view we had from the camera.

I don't mean to knock the official for not getting it, just that is definitely a travel.
