Foul on both defenders. 2nd defender may have had some ball but the offense got through it just fine and then got clobbered.

No to the multiple. And not just in practice, but by rule.

Since it wasn't a shot, there would be no extension of the live ball. #1's foul would have made the ball dead clearly before #0 even made contact.
