But it's good to know for HS, thanks.

It's in the incidental contact definition. player screened outside visual field may make inadvertent contact with the screener. Contact "shall" be incidental unless screener has the ball and is displaced.

I also believe they got both calls right.

4-21 Art. 5. A player who is screened outside his visual field may make inadvertent
contact with the screener. Such contact shall be incidental, provided that the
screener is not displaced when he has the ball.

Great no-call on the screen. It was legally set and did what it was designed to do. The screened player doesn't have to avoid contact on a blind screen like that.

And on the final shot...he may have touched the hair, but that was a great blocked shot. No call from me on that.

Huge Hawkeye fan, you're right on both counts.

I was watching at a restaurant while having a late lunch with my wife. I couldn't figure out why they stopped play right before this since I was watching the TV across the restaurant.

Can anyone tell me what happened on the play before this?

Peace

I thought it should have been an F1 upgrade.

But I'm biased.

How about the 3-point shot that was changed to a 2-pointer in the closing minutes. Having been at the game, they did not show any replays on the Jumbotron.

Why was the delay so lengthy and then why did the officials get back together after OSU's coaching staff questioned the reversal?

Do you remember the time in the game when that happened? I saw that and I thought they missed it, but then again I am not sure they saw everything the TV people saw in the way they blew up the screen.

Peace
