Verbiage for travels is different between the 2 rule sets. NCAA uses the phrase "pivot foot" a lot.

As you (might) know from other discussions here, it's not clear whether "rising to one's knees from stomach while holding ball ... should be a travel in HS".

I think the rule book says something like "attempt to stand"
