NCAA Timer - Scorer Instructions

I am trying to put together a summary for timers and scorers highlighting the new NCAA rules. I'm trying to make this a little easier than the 3-page document the NCAA has. No media or IR is involved in these games.

I'd appreciate a couple of you reviewing and commenting on it (especially on the men's side). If you are willing to do so, please send an email to Jenkins Robert L at att dot net and I'll send you a .pdf file.

(I tried to attach it, but the system won't let me, even though the file is only about 45k -- maybe a moderator can help.)

I want to keep it to one page, so I'm willing to sacrifice some "completeness" to get it done -- but I still want it to be accurate and contain any needed categories.
